PaperGator Recycling
As good stewards of the beautiful earth that God gifted to us, let’s do our best to use opportunities to participate in recycling. A local company, Quincy Recycle in New Haven, is partnering with St. Aloysius to gather paper products for recycling. THERE IS NO COST TO US!!! Unusual, huh? For each ton ABC receives $20. Over time that really adds up.
For your convenience the bin is located by the basement door of the school. You can even drop off your paper products during a.m. or p.m. drive-thru!! What a great way to share our call to stewardship with students. AND, the gator is really cute!! There is no time restriction…it’ll be here all year. Visit www.papergatorrecycling.com for more info.
Thank you for your efforts,

Spiritual FormationAt Saint Aloysius School, children learn about God and how to practice His teachings daily. Students participate in weekly Mass in attendance, as lectors, gift bearers and cantors. Catholic students may also participate in the Sacraments and are able to assist in the Mass as servers. All students receive religious instruction, and daily prayer in preparation for their continued growth as Children of God. The Catholic Church liturgical calendar is celebrated and observed through special services such as lenten and Holy Week observances and stations of the cross. To balance our academics, students are offered opportunities to participate in several team sports starting in fourth grade. Children may compete in C.Y.O. sporting events such as football, basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer and track. If opportunities do not exist here, our students can join another local Catholic school's team. Go Gators!! |
